FAQ

1. Input your 4 digit code on your keypad
2. Press 2 for away mode or 3 for stay mode

1. Input your 4 digit code on your keypad
2. Press 1

1. Input the 4 digit master code
2. Press 9

1. Input your 4-digit code
2. Press 6 for bypass
3. Input the two digit zone number for the zone you want to bypass (01, 02, 03)
4. Repeat this process for all zones you would like to bypass

On Computer: 

1. Go to totalconnect2.com/login and put in your username and password

On Phone: 

1. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and install Total Connect 2.0
2. Open the app and type your username and password

*If you forgot your pasword click on forgot password and it will email or text you a new temporary password to login.

For Master:

1. Input your 4 digit master code on your keypad.
2. Press 8
3. Press 02
4. Input your new 4 digit code twice.

For User:

1. Input your 4 digit master code on your keypad
2. Press 8
3. Press 03 (the user number up to 32)
4. Input new user code

1. Input the 4 digit master code on your keypad
2. Press 8
3. Input the user number (03-32)
4. Press #0

On Computer:

1. Go to totalconnect2.com/login
2. Login with your username and password
3. Go to the users tab and under the dropdown click add new users
4. Choose the desired user type Administrative User (this person has access to Total Connect 2.0, can receive emails and make all changes), User (this person has access to Total Connect 2.0, can receive emails but can’t make any changes), Panel User Only (this person only has access to the keypad)
5. Fill out the name
6. input the 4 digit user code
7. Go to current users and click save
8. Finally click on the 2 rotating arrows at the top right of the screen to sync users to the alarm panel

On Phone:

1. Open the Total Connect 2.0 app
2. Login with your username and password
3. Go to the More tab
4. Tap on Settings
5. Tap on Users
6. Tap the add user icon
7. Select user type (described above)
8. Click create user
9. Go to my locations and scroll to the bottom and tap sync users
