Anyone with an alarm system will need to upgrade to LTE technology before the transition in February. Whether you have a residential or commercial system, your alarm uses radio technology to communicate to our monitoring system.
Without the LTE upgrade, your alarm system will not be able to communicate a break-in or even a more serious emergency like a fire. Your direct connection to our monitoring system is your home or business’s lifeline in an emergency when every second counts.

How Much Is The LTE Upgrade?
If you have our maintenance program, this upgrade to your alarm system is absolutely FREE. If you do not have our maintenance program, it’s a one-time charge of $149 for the LTE-upgraded equipment and installation.
